PACK OUT! · ANDROID
Privacy Policy
Your puzzles stay on your device. Optional online services have separate privacy choices.

This policy explains how Ferit Korkmaz (“the developer”) handles information in Pack Out! for Android (package com.feritkorkmaz.packout) and on this product/support website. Contact: haliwork.dev@gmail.com.
1. Playing without an account
Pack Out! does not require an account, login, name or date of birth. There is no developer-operated gameplay backend, multiplayer service or cloud save. You can play the puzzles offline. Declining optional age information, advertising eligibility information or measurement choices does not prevent play.
2. Information stored on your device
The game stores campaign progress, stars, warehouse upgrades, the current attempt, Undo state, earned shelf-reward records, tutorial progress, settings and advertising timing counters locally. It also stores your age-range response, any country or region confirmation needed for privacy decisions, and privacy choices. These responses are not sent as custom Analytics event parameters.
Local saves are retained until removed or replaced by the app or by you. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling can remove your progress; game saves are excluded from Android automatic backup. Local deletion does not automatically delete information already processed by a third-party service.
3. Advertising and consent
Pack Out! integrates Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements at eligible level transitions. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) updates consent information and, when needed, presents regional consent messages and privacy options. Advertising requests require both the app’s eligibility checks and UMP’s permission to request ads. UMP consent is not parental verification or permission for optional Firebase measurement.
Depending on the advertising configuration, your choices and applicable requirements, Google and participating advertising providers may process IP addresses (including to estimate general location), device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic data for advertising delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads do not mean that no data or identifiers are processed. Google documents encrypted transport for its Mobile Ads SDK.
Where available, use the game’s privacy options to revisit advertising choices. A change stops pending ad requests and discards previously loaded ads before new requests use the updated decision. You may also manage advertising identifiers and preferences in Android settings. Advertising consent and optional Analytics/Crashlytics preferences are separate.
4. Age and regional safeguards
The intended audience is ages 13 and over. When age is unknown, declined or below 13, the app does not initialize advertising or Firebase collection/configuration requests. No ads are served to users identified as under 13. For adults aged 18 or older, the existing advertising flow remains subject to UMP and applicable regional consent requirements, using unspecified age treatment. The game remains accessible regardless of advertising eligibility.
For known ages 13–17, Analytics and Crashlytics collection are disabled and Remote Config uses local defaults. Users aged 13–17 may receive rewarded and interstitial ads when the regional privacy/consent resolver and UMP permit advertising. For these requests, the app uses Google’s Teen advertising treatment, which disables personalized ads and remarketing and applies teen ad protections. It does not label all teens as children and does not claim that Teen treatment blocks every identifier or all advertising measurement. Permitting teen ads does not enable Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics collection.
Being a teen does not by itself prohibit advertising. Advertising stays off wherever required regional eligibility cannot be established. Country information is not inferred solely from device language or time zone. A narrower age range may be requested only where needed to evaluate a regional consent threshold; a date of birth is not required.
UMP’s under-age-of-consent setting is evaluated separately from advertising age treatment. Consent ages differ by region. The app does not provide parental verification; it does not assume that a consent form or a Teen label satisfies every regional obligation.
5. Optional Firebase services for adults
For users identified as 18 or older, Analytics and Crashlytics each have a separate, initially disabled preference. Turning off these options does not stop the puzzles from working.
- Firebase Analytics: When opted in, gameplay events describe starts, resumes, outcomes, tutorials, help use, upgrades and ad stages, with technical context such as level/rules versions, attempt identifiers, elapsed play time and help usage. Firebase may also process app-instance and device information. The app does not send your age/region responses, email, free-form support text or advertising transaction IDs as custom event fields, and does not enable Analytics reuse for ad personalization.
- Firebase Crashlytics: When separately opted in, crash reports can include stack traces, technical app/device information and limited game-version or level context to diagnose faults.
- Firebase Remote Config: With adult Analytics opt-in, the app can fetch conservative advertising configuration values. Firebase may process installation identifiers and related request information for this service. Local defaults apply when disabled or unavailable. Remote Config does not change puzzle rules, stars or the amount of a shelf reward.
You can change these preferences in Settings. Disabling collection applies prospectively; it is not an automatic deletion request for previously transmitted data.
6. Support and this website
If you email the developer, your address and information you choose to include are used to respond and resolve your request. Do not send sensitive information unless necessary. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and applicable legal obligations.
These Pack Out pages have no embedded advertising, analytics scripts or remote fonts. The website host may process ordinary request logs, such as IP address, requested URL and browser information, for delivery and security. Other pages on this domain have their own policies; this statement does not describe domain-wide cookies or tracking.
7. Purposes, providers and international processing
Local information supports gameplay and preferences. Optional measurement supports understanding game quality; crash reporting supports troubleshooting; advertising services support ad delivery and related measurement/security. Consent is requested where required. Support and necessary security processing serve the purpose of responding to you and protecting the service, subject to applicable law.
Google/Firebase and advertising partners process data according to their service terms, privacy policies, your choices and applicable law. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country, with safeguards described in their policies. This app does not add an independent data-selling service. Advertising-related sharing may have specific legal definitions in some regions; applicable choices are handled through regional privacy options.

8. Retention, security and your rights
Provider-held SDK data is retained according to the relevant service settings and published retention policies; this policy does not promise a single retention period for all services. We limit custom information to the purposes above. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, portability, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email haliwork.dev@gmail.com to make a request. We may need information to identify the relevant record; because no game account exists, the developer may not be able to link provider-held installation data to your email. We will explain applicable limitations or direct you to the relevant provider. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
9. Changes and contact
Updates to app behavior or applicable requirements may require changes to this policy. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes requiring new consent will not be treated as consent merely because this page was updated.
